With that being said, I need a new hobby and I have determined that diet and exercise will be that new focus for me.
After much internet researching, ok, internet trolling really, I have come up with a plan.
First steps of the plan, committing to a new way of eating.
I have had success jump starting with the Eat Your Heart Out Diet in the past.
Starting tomorrow I will be on day one and will follow it all the way through for the next seven days. After that I will start the Whole 30.
Really I am just posting this for accountability because I have tried and failed in the past. I will keep you posted on my journey and let you know how I do. Wish me luck!
